Samarian Stops on Your Journey to Destiny

McKnightEnterprises.org

Samaria: to keep, guard, observe, give heed; to have charge of; to watch and ward, protect, save life; watch, watchman, to celebrate, keep (sabbath or covenant or commands), perform (vow), to preserve, protect, and to keep oneself. ~Strong’s Concordance

A ‘Samaria Stop’ can be to save a city or a generation from destruction:

God will send His prophet to warn the people with the Word of the Lord. If they take heed, great. If not, they have been warned. If God reroutes a prophet from their assignment and sends them to you, surely, He is trying to give you a message. I get the impression that God is trying to move in love first before He sends His prophets to handle the situation.

A ‘Samaria Stop’ can be a love walk:

And he needed to go through Samaria. This is when Jesus met the woman at the well.

The Bible tells us the story of a man who was on the roadside, but no one would help him. It was a Samarian who picked him up, took him to an inn, and paid for his stay. He was moved with compassion to obey the Samarian call … do not pass your neighbor by.

We need not despise nor get angry with GOD when we feel detoured, delayed, or distracted. Sometimes we are making a Samarian stop on His behalf. Sometimes He pulls you off the road of many to find the one who can help save many more!
